“Ever wanted to print out a customer statement showing only outstanding items?
Unfortunately Xero does not currently support an outstanding item only statement option but here’s a little workaround which some clients find less cluttered and are using for their statements.
To access this report you could go to Contacts > Customers, then click on the contact name, then click on the View Report link to get a history of transactions with that contact.
This report should show you all invoices, payments and credit notes for the given contact.
This report could also be exported into Excel for further customisation.
